More CVUSD school board members need to engage with private school and home school communities if they are ever going to fix the enrollment problem and the associate budget crisis. Everett and Fitzgerald Only CVUSD Trustees Attending Private/Public Education Conference – Conejo Valley Observer

Only two board trustees of the Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) attended last Saturday’s event entitled Conference on Public and Private School Options, held at Godspeak Calvary Chapel in Newbury Park. The trustees in attendance were Sandee Everett and Jenny Fitzgerald, with Mrs. Everett actually participating in the conference with a presentation, as well as part of a panel discussion.

CVUSD Superintendent announces that he is unilaterally changing sex ed from opt-in to opt-out. Big impact on parents rights. But he can't change that policy without a board vote. Busted. #cvusd #conejoway
