THE CONCERN MUST BE FOCUSED ON OUR POROUS TEXAS AND ARIZONA BORDERS

Due to my up close and personal experience of working the San YsidrSan Diego entry) and there terrible porous borders of Arizona, everyone should be greatly concerned. The late and not so great John McCain's state borders have been among the worst for years. When I supervised a checkpoint detail on the Arizona side of famed Hoover Dam I saw first hand criminals gaining access to these United States.

So when I see moronic Democratic candidates advocating open borders I become beyond angry. President Trump has addressed the issue without the halp of ass-wipe Demos and many miles of the new wall with lighting is up. If you doubt my word, go to my page on USA.Life and scroll down to my page titled TRUMP'S BORDER WALL. It will open you eyes.

I never paid attention to Congress, senators, or Washington until Trump promised to fix our porous border walls. He's made amazing progress despite opposition and that's why I jumped on the Trump train. God bless this man. He has done more for this country inmy 84 years than anyone.

For years I lived in Tijuana, crossing the San Ysidro border thousands of times to get to my security job in LaJolla, California. Trump is spot on about the wall, the tunnels, the firm ground that is needed for equipment to detect underground tunnels and beyond.

If you are not concerned about our borders, think about this. Those factions who have gained entrance to the USA illegally may be carrying the dreaded virus that has our country shutdown in many states. So much for the ****s of the Democratic party who continue to encourage Mexicans, illegals from other countries, to make their way into these United States.

Know your terrain before you advocate such insanity. We are under siege. I hope ICE and border agents are allowed to run their illegal asses back across the border immediately. They have no rights. They are criminals. And many of them are probably infected. Think about it.

President Trump has achieved great success improving the security of our southern border, but hasn’t received the credit he deserves for doing so.

Unfortunately, congressional Democrats are so blinded by their hatred of the president that they criticize and oppose whatever he does, no matter how successful. But in truth, the president deserves the gratitude of every American for how he has dealt with the border crisis.

Democratic congressional leaders said there were “no caravans” of illegal immigrants entering the U.S. and claimed this was a “manufactured crisis.” But the world soon saw what President Trump was talking about – a humanitarian crisis that turned into a national security crisis.

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION TO SEND MILITARY TO BORDER AMID FEARS OF MIGRANT SURGE IF COURT STOPS ‘REMAIN-IN-MEXICO’

Democratic leaders only became interested in dealing with the crisis when the conditions of detention worsened due to the large number of migrants who we were legally required to detain.

Until then, warnings by the president, the heads of the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, and me were ignored. In our warnings, we pointed out weaknesses in our border security and identified how they could be addressed to prevent the illegal immigration crisis.

$3.8 BILLION BEING REDIRECTED TO SUPPORT U.S.-MEXICAN BORDER WALL

The Trump administration announced that it is reallocating $3.8 billion in weapons programs to support construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall, upsetting lawmakers who argue the White House is sidestepping their authority.

In a notice delivered to Congress on Thursday, the Pentagon announced it is shifting $2.2 billion from its base fiscal 2020 budget and $1.6 billion from the Overseas Contingency Operations war fund. The funds will be transferred to the Department of Defense’s counter-drug fund, which will then be applied to border wall construction.

The Department of Homeland Security “has identified areas along the southern border of the United States that are being used by individuals, groups, and transnational criminal organizations as drug smuggling corridors, and determined that the construction of additional physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the United States border is necessary in order to impede and deny drug smuggling activities,” read the notice to Congress, according to The Hill.

This is not the first time the administration has chosen to use executive authority to shift federal funds to the wall, largely due to Democratic lawmakers opposition to immigration enforcement funding.

Thursday’s announcement has already rankled lawmakers who demand that the White House seek congressional approval first.

“While some of our Republican colleagues will lament the President’s decision, they enabled this theft by blocking our efforts to stop the President from raiding defense accounts,” New York Democratic Rep. Nita Lowey, who serves at the House Appropriations Committee chairwoman, said in a joint statement with the chairman of the Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, Democratic Rep. Pete Visclosky of Indiana.

Democratic criticism was to be expected; however, one top Republican lawmaker also took a shot at the administration Thursday.

“The re-programming announced today is contrary to Congress’s constitutional authority, and I believe that it requires Congress to take action,” Texas GOP. Rep Mac Thornberry, the ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, said in a statement. Thornberry said he would be in touch with his colleagues on determining the “appropriate steps to take.” (RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: Funding Secured For 1,000 Miles Of Border Wall, White House Officials Say)

“The wall should be funded, but the funding must come through the Department of Homeland Security rather than diverting critical military resources that are needed and in law,” Thornberry added, noting that he does believe that there remains a crisis at the U.S. southern border.

President Donald Trump first declared an emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border in February 2019, allowing him to use executive authority to reallocate federal funds. Congress has twice attempted to rescind the president’s emergency declaration, but was unable to overturn his vetoes both times.

The Trump administration has set an ambitious goal of completing 450 border wall miles by the tail end of 2020, tackling a campaign goal ahead of the November presidential elections.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in a document the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained that the administration built 119 miles of new border wall in places where dilapidated walls existed or where no walls previously existed at all as of Feb. 7.
