What I am about to say is going to make many people angry. You have no constitutional rights. Not angry yet? You have no rights at all. If you still are not angry you should be, but it does not change the facts. The facts are you have no constitutional rights period, end of subject. The fact is also you have absolutely no rights if you allow it to be so, and our countries founders would have agreed.
Let's start with the difference between rights and privileges. Privileges can be suspended, curtailed or revoked. Rights Are given by God. They are absolute. They are unalienable.
When it comes to the rights that are spoken of in the constitution, the "constitutional rights" we so often hear spoken of, they are God given rights outlined in the constitution, not "constitutional rights". Do you see the difference? If the rights are given by the government though the constitution they are not rights, they are privileges granted by government and can therefore be revoked. Words have meanings and wording of our thoughts have an impact on the understanding others have of our thoughts. We must be clear and concise in the expression of our thoughts. We must retrain ourselves to use the terms that covey the proper message. Why is this so important? Because people are starting to misunderstand the intent of our founders. The semantics that have been controlled by the "elites" for so long are starting to have an effect on the very foundational understanding people have of our rights. So, be clear when you speak that you speak of God given and constitutionally protected rights.
Many are still thinking, about what I said about having absolutely no rights. Some are thinking that it does not line up with the idea of God given rights. They would be correct, it does not, but pay attention. You only have the rights that you, yourself are willing to defend.We cannot elect someone to defend our rights, they are just people. We cannot draft or pay someone to protect our rights, they are just people. You may even join organizations and send them money that is supposed to protect your rights, but these organizations are run by people. These people may not have the full understanding of rights. They may be moved by other influences, such as power, wealth, or prestige. Only when we are active, when we hold these people to account for their actions, can we hope for them to do what is right. We have, for far too long expected others to defend our rights while we are comfortable asleep.
