The whole world is in the grip of evil.

The devil is in control of today's world system and wants to address our natural desires and human weaknesses.
Ephesians 2: 1-3
He wants our love to be shared and not exclusively devoted to Jehovah.
When the apostle Peter wrote about the end of Satan's world and the new world, he encouraged them to:
"Beloved Ones, as you wait for it, do your best that he may finally find you spotless and flawless and in peace".
2 Peter 3:14
When we comply and do our best to remain morally pure and worship Jehovah as he wishes, it will show that we are only devoted to Jehovah alone. Satan and his system will keep trying to mess up our priorities.
Luke 4:13
But we will not allow anyone or anything to take Jehovah's place in our hearts. We are determined
To give Jehovah what only he deserves - our exclusive devotion !!!
