Going from the Red Sea to Sinai and from the #resurrection to #pentecost is going from Glory to Glory. This is about Israel and the Disciple’s fifty days of lessons 1500 years apart, and it prepared them for the Glory.
"There Israel encamped before the mount." #israel came to #sinai, but their ability to operate outside an Egyptian mindset causes them to not be ready for what happens next. The remaining half of our "Journey to Pentecost" will reflect the Importance of Covenant with God and being ready.
"Lord, and what shall this man do?" Peter is asking what will happen in John's life. Yeshua was just told about the end of his own life. What a gift. We can tell by the way Peter lived in the Book of Acts this gave him boldness because he knew Yeshua said he would die at an old age!
