Their forced and coerced diversity by definition requires focusing on differences. It is therefore inherently divisive and rewards those who exacerbate difference and can reinforce the divisions upon which reward depends. It usually leads to segregation and resentment that did not exist before. To encourage and antiauthoritarian, adolescent, wish-fulfillment ideology, coupled with a blame-centered identity politics that gives rise to an obsession with race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual preference is unworkable for a mature, prosperous, free and open adult society.
The liberal/democrat, however, rejects all constraints on their “production of self” in the cult of authenticity. They have turned against the need to live in a political community with all the compromises that entails. Their politics has, therefore, become an inhuman force, a demonic method for dismantling a human person and spurring the fragmented anti-selves into an endless Civil War.
