"Yesterday, September 2, 2021, attorneys for the Coalition for Healthcare Workers Against Medical Mandates et al filed a new Complaint and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Injunctive Relief against Jeanne Lambrew, Commissioner of Maine DHHS and Nirav Shah, Director of Maine CDC, to stop the implementation of Governor Janet Mills’ vaccine mandate for the experimental COVID mRNA injections.
Because of the important public policy questions involved and the fact that September 17, 2021 is a critical date and is only two weeks away, the attorneys for the Plaintiffs have asked that this matter be brought before the Judge as soon as possible."
