A district judge has approved an $85 million settlement between Teva Pharmaceuticals and the state of Oklahoma over the drug maker’s alleged contributions to the opioid crisis.

The settlement was signed in an Oklahoma court on Monday. As part of the deal, Teva has agreed not to promote opioids in the state, and must provide assistance to law enforcement investigations surrounding the opioid crisis.
