By faith, our legal standing in Christ includes the right to plead and sprinkle the Blood of Jesus, with an understanding that the power of the Blood overcomes and defeats ALL evil. When you plead the blood over something/someone by faith, Satan will flee because the Blood is alive/effective and there is life in the Blood. The Enemy understands the power of the Blood of Jesus, and he has done everything possible to blind Christians to this truth. Many people, who are Christians in name only, will have nothing to do with the thought of taking dominion over the Enemy through Jesus’ Blood. I’ve had people tell me that it is “superstitious” to do so. Did God consider applying blood over the doorposts at Passover superstitious? Those who consider Jesus’ Blood superstitious and refuse to use it as the spiritual weapon IT IS, have a religion without the life of God in it. The Enemy could care less if anyone participates in this kind of religion. When we honor the Blood of Jesus in an active sense, we stir up demons to a fever pitch . . . it’s like fire in a hornet’s nest, which is further evidence we must live an ACTIVE life in Christ.
