It's good that Roe v Wade got overturned. Roe v Wade was wrongly decided in 1973 since the Constitution doesn't mention abortion. However, a whole bunch of people want the Supreme Court to be a protector of "progressive" principles, whether than give a sound interpretation of the Constitution. Just because a huge number of people want a Supreme Court to protect left wing principles doesn't make it so that the Supreme Court should do this. The lefties can try to get a constitutional amendment passed to require states to have legal abortion on demand, but it's not likely to get ratified anytime soon. Abortion on demand will still be permitted in blue states, since the issue goes to the states. Today's Democratic party is a political cult worse than the late Lyndon LaRouche's movement. Just because a huge number of people support today's Democratic Party doesn't make it good.
