The citizens of Maryland prefer to count their own votes at the Precinct level by hand. We don't trust these highly vulnerable Voting Machines that have been exposed recently by Justice Gableman in Wisconsin, Garland Favorito in Georgia, & Tina Peters in Colorado, showing Ballot Images were manipulated.
