Pineapple Sour

When you used canned pineapple and have the juice left over...
1 jigger Bourbon or Rye
2 jiggers of pineapple juice (more or less to the strength you like)
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice (then float the lemon wedge)

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, pour in ingredients and shake well. Strain into a glass and float the lemon wedge.

You can make it on the rocks too. Just pour ingredients over ice and stir well.

A Summer Wedge

I love a wedge of Walmart organic Iceberg lettuce on a hot summer day.

Cut a wedge, pour on your fav refrigerated creamy dressing, sprinkle with halved cherry or grape tomatoes, diced green pepper, diced red onion, any other minced or diced veggie you like. And eat.

Sally's Cauliflower Dip

1 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C Chili Sauce
1 t Curry Powder
1 t Lemon Juice
1/2 t Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 t Red Pepper Sauce (optional)

Whisk all together and chill.
Best if allowed to rest overnight for flavors to mingle.

YIELD - enough for 1-2 heads cauliflower. Florets should be cut into bitesized pieces with their own little handles for dipping.
Serves 20 - 30 guests (but can be stored for about 1 week)
