It's 7pm. You hear screams coming from your neighbors property.
You run over to see this accident with a teenage boy sitting up against a tree and a teenage girl laying on the ground crying. You live in an area where the ambulance is from a volunteer fire department and it will take at least 15 minutes for them to arrive. The girl is complaining her neck hurts but she wants to get up. The boy has some cuts and complains of being dizzy. Do you know what to do? Do you have the proper equipment and training?
This exact scenario played out for one of our members last year. The boy had a concussion, and the girl had a broken neck. Luckily having the right training and the right equipment meant both teenagers made a full recovery.

In 1897, Dr. Nicholas Senn famously said "The fate of the wounded rests with the one who applies the first dressing". Over 120 years later, his statement is still true. In the United States, the average response time for an ambulance to arrive at an accident is 7 minutes. Unfortunately 7 minutes is often too late.
We want to save lives. We do so by training, equipping, and empowering everyday citizens to step up and make a difference in that 7 minute gap.

Our "7 Minute" mission exists to properly empower, train, and equip people to provide assistance in the average 7 minute time before 911 is called and a professionally agency responds.
Our "Disaster Services" mission has a professional Search and Rescue Team, a professional Disaster Rescue Team, and a professional Disaster Recovery Team.
