Do not buy Chinese made Reolink cameras
Reolink are communist Chinese made cameras sold as a security camera and uses unknown processes to tunnel thru network routers, bypassing security protocols setup to keep intrusion out of your networks.
their fake ' 2 1/2 year warranty ' is not worth the toilet paper they would be written on. SUPPORT SUCKS WORSE THAN THEIR CHINESE EMPEROR.
They are JUNK. I purchased mine thinking it was from Germany ( yeah, stupid... I should have research better.. hindsight is 20-20 ).
I was told by their fake support group that my 5 cameras were not able to work on my top end AT&T router because I had too many devices on it. They refused to exchange a camera due to the fact I had already sent the first one back for damaging a MicroSD 64 gb memory card and it would not eject it. They sent 4 16 gb cards back ( you can not put 4 cards in the camera for more storage time ).. then when their replacement kept dropping off my network, they would not replace it the 2nd time saying it had been over 30 days since purchased ( they took over a month to replace my original camera and the replacement failed in less than 3 days and continued to fail and got extremely warm )
