During the 60s I liked to go to Greenwich Village. When there, I saw people making speeches on almost every corner. There were Communists, anarchists, neo-Nazis, cultists and more. They were offending almost everybody. But nobody once ever questioned their RIGHT to be out there speaking publicly. We have lost that. "Hate speech" is a myth designed to destroy FREE speech, and I'm sorry to say it seems to be working.
