So I have been saying for weeks now that this judge in the Flynn case was absolutely out of bounds with his actions as DoJ moved to dismiss. He has something to be concerned about because an investigation by the Court of Appeals is going to find he, at the very least, acted unethically. It is possible that the judge even broke the law himself in his drive to get Flynn in prison.
