I am taking the following three over-the-counter supplements as a prophylaxis against COVID-19.
1. Zinc
2. Quercetin
3. NAC
Zinc interrupts the viral RNA replication process. However, Zinc alone cannot enter the cell. Enter Quercetin, a plant-based polyphenol, which acts as an ionophore, carrying zinc into the cells where it can fight the virus. (This is the same function hydroxychloriquine performs, when combined with zinc.) Finally, NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) is a form of the amino acid cysteine. NAC relieves oxidative stress, restores glutathione levels, fights thrombosis (and stroke, blood clots), AND in clinical H1N1 flu trials, it substantially reduced flu symptoms, especially "in elderly, high risk individuals." Wow.
Here is a discussion of the science behind each:

I hope you find this info helpful. FWIW, I am also taking a men's multivitamin and a couple other anti-oxidants, such as olive leaf, Vitamin C, Co-enzyme Q10, and turmeric (curcumin.) Plus fish oil for my cholesterol, and a pro-biotic for good measure, since "good health begins in the gut." I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one online. I pray God blesses and keeps each of you as you navigate the pandemic.
