yesterday was my 23rd AA birthday.
I felt guilty celebrating with all the crap going on in the world.
With the horrific tragedies that had befallen my family and extended family this week.
It felt to me that it was almost inappropriate.
Then came the whisper from my higher power
ITS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU!
We all need some joy some hope something to hold on to
(take the win)
the newcomers also need to know that it is possible to get and stay sober NO matter what!
