Okay. Now what? gmcft just cited the US Code!
A WND reader "gmcft" posted the following in a comment.
"18 U.S. Code § 2071(b), “WHOEVER, having the custody of ANY such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.…”
1. The law addresses ‘ANY’ document not just classified document.
2. The fine/imprisonment is for each document.
3. The Person is removed from office.
4. The Person can never have any public office in the USA.
Hillary removed and concealed about 50,000 government documents from January 2009 until March 2015. She deleted about 32,000 emails and then scrubbed the email server."
AT the very least Hillary needs to go on trial for 87 counts of violating said US Code, ("More than 100 emails on her server contained classified information, including 65 emails deemed “Secret” and 22 “Top Secret. from the posted article".
It ain't rocket science, but it is politics. The Clintons are part of "The Protected Class" and unless you can get the democrats to help hang them, or get non-big government republicans on board or both NOTHING will get done.
I think Rush is right. This isn't democrat vs republican anymore. It's US vs the political elite in Washington, which includes a huge number of "big government republicans" like the Bush Family, The McCains, Romney, etc. .
I heard a story from a Dick Cheney interview once. He was illustrating that people will let their reps know when they are unhappy. In his case it had something to do with lumber. His constituents started mailing him 2x4s. Turned his office into lumber yard. I am inspired.
Here is what WE CAN do. Does NOT matter if you live in a Blue/Democrat State or not. This will have an impact. Go you your local BDSM shop or police supply shop, (whichever is cheaper), buy handcuffs. Attached a note to said hand cuffs inscribed, "For Hillary Clinton's Arrest" and mail them to your representatives. Do it folks. THIS WILL MAKE A STATEMENT. Even if you live in a Blue State your democrat rep will still get buried in handcuffs.
It isn't offensive. It isn't rude. It just makes a statement.
Let's make this happen.
