I think this whole 2A debate is too narrowly focused. Why are States only standing up to infringements on 2A rights? Why are they not taking the position that they will aggressively oppose any Federal overstep of any kind? Taking that position will already keep the States’ Attorneys General fully employed for a long time. So don’t just fight 2A infringements... fight them ALL!
