What does God say about worry?
Luke 10:41-42 The Lord answered her, “Martha, my beloved Martha. Why are you upset and troubled, PULLED AWAY by all those MANY DISTRACTIONS? Mary has discovered the one thing most important by choosing to sit at my feet. She is undistracted, and I won’t take this privilege from her.”

Worry does not make you escape your trouble; it only makes you UNFIT TO DEAL WITH IT when it comes. (Joyce Meyers)

Psalm 62:2 He alone is my safe place; his wraparound presence always protects me. For he is my champion defender; there’s no risk of failure with God. So why would I let worry PARALYZE ME, even when troubles multiply around me?

Wow, worry isn’t from God, there is no benefit to it. It doesn’t overtime make you feel any better. If anything, it does the opposite. It distracts, makes us unfit to deal with the problem, and paralyzes us. It makes us incapable to act or think normally.
