Gloom and Doom pt.2:
This one has taken me some time. Like I’ve stated before, I try hard not to speculate when it comes to Revelation. Having areas that are figurative and full of imagery that has not taken place yet makes this difficult. So, if I seem to be incomplete, it’s because I really don’t know and refuse to guess. I will only post what I know.
Cause: “And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden alter before the throne of God, saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, ‘Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.’” Effect: “So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind.” Four horns come from the golden alter before the throne of God. These four horns are directly related to the next plagues. Like Pharoe, God will harden people's hearts. We see everywhere that the mention Of Jesus’s name is being edited because it offends people. These horns are animal horns like what would be used during a battle. Like the 5th trumpet, it originates from the alter before the throne of God so we know that this is also the wrath of God.
“Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them.” When John makes sure that he states that he heard this number it’s got to be significant. Keep in mind, that horsemen in war are cavalry. We may not relate tanks or military vehicles to horses, but the military still refers to them as cavalry.
This cavalry had, “breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.” Only Lithuania with NATO has these colors. If you look at the countries surrounding Israel, you see these colors in different countries. The origin coming from the Euphrates gives us a hint but isn’t specific if these armies originate from the Euphrates or if this army has just amassed there. “By these plagues a third of mankind was killed – by the fire and the smoke and the brimstone which came out of their mouths. For their power are in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails are like serpents, having heads and with them do harm.” Google up some pics of modern military vehicles and you’ll see great similarities.
“But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of their works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which they can neither see, nor hear nor walk. And they did not repent of their murders or sexual immorality or theft.” At this time, with the exception of the 144,000 who are protected, nobody on this earth is getting it and yet God’s grace is still there for them. Believe me when I say that in the end the only one that you can blame will be yourself. During this time, Jesus is still standing at the door of your life and knocking. He will not barge in. You need to get up and open that door. Don’t get complacent about it, time is moving fast. Have a great day.
