I'm little late getting this one up. I made a run around Lake Erie last Wednesday. I had a good day for running the lake. Winds were light and water temperature was running low 70's.
I hit some new areas and some old areas. I run into another bass angler who was out and said the bite was lot different than last time he was out. He wasn't catching them. Funny how the bite can change day to day. I tried a technique that worked for Jim in East Harbor and they wouldn't hit it. Finally, after playing around with a bunch of different techniques. I settled on a Tokoyo Rig with a rattle and 5" worm. It was the only thing I could get bit on until early afternoon. Then the bite switched over to a squarebill beating it off the rocks.
