My indeed account has been locked four times in as many days. There are 31 applicants awaiting my reply (according to an email Indeed sent me encouraging me to respond to them) that I am not allowed to view their applications or contact them at all because my account was flagged again. In my job listing I said up front that we are a Christian company and that the positions were volunteer. I wasn't trying to be sneaky or hide anything, I was honest. The first three times I was not told why my account was locked, only that it had been flagged and I could appeal it. This last time when I asked for an explaination they said it was because the positions are unpaid which doesn't meet their quality standards. I didn't see in their TOS that it said anything against that, but apparently that falls under "quality listings." It feels rather censorshipish to me, but it's beyond my control.
Anyway, if you happen to be one of those 31 people I'm not allowed to respond to (I can not see names or contact information at all) please apply on our website instead.
