This is so very important! How does one have eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart for understanding? Yeshua spoke about this Himself in Matthew 13:9-6. 9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.” 10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?” 11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. 12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. 13 This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. 14 In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: “ ‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. 15 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ 16 But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear.

This is mentioned in 6 other places in so many words of less.

Isaiah 6:10 “Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes,
And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart,
And return and be healed.”

Jeremiah 5:21 ‘Hear this now, O foolish people, Without understanding, Who have eyes and see not, And who have ears and hear not:

Ezekiel 12:2 “Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but does not hear; for they are a rebellious house.

Matthew 13:15 For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.’

Acts 28:27 For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.” ’

Romans 11:8 Just as it is written:
“God has given them a spirit of stupor,
Eyes that they should not see
And ears that they should not hear,
To this very day.”

To answer the question. Unless you seek with all your heart you will not find. Unless you ask you will not be given. Unless you knock the door will not be opened to you. This is a basic understanding. When I realized this I went before the Throne of Yehovah and prayed.
Glorious Yehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and (say your name). You are King of the Universe, the very most important entity, my everything, and the only one true God in my life! Thank you for all you do for me, both great and small. I am in awe of you. I seek to be with you in your presence.

Please remove the spirit of dullness from me. I want eyes to see and ears to hear (Romans 11:8). Remove from me the Spirit of Dullness, open my ears to hear, hear spiritual things, and my eyes to see, see spiritual things and allow me to understand with my heart your spiritual things and to do t’shuvah (torah), so you can heal me! (Matthew 13:15) Cleanse me of any disgusting practices and anything that you find detestable. Write every word of Your WORD, the whole bible, cover to cover, in my heart. (Ezekiel 44:4-6) Father, You said in Exodus 15:26, “If you will listen intently to the voice of Yehovah your God, do what HE considers right, pay attention to his Mitzvot (Commandments) and observe HIS laws, I will not afflict you with any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians; Because I am Yehovah your healer.” I believe you, I believe your WORD!

I shall be in constant communication with you all the days of my life; every moment of the day and the night. Let my thoughts be only of you, Yehovah. Let every word that comes from my mouth be the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit) at all times. Let your light shine through me so that I am diminished and you are Glorified! Let everyone see you and not me. Let Nothing I do be for me but only for your Glory Yehovah!

I love you more than anything in this world, you are not of this world but you came and conquered this world. I am set apart for you and only you! Thank you, Yehovah. I love how you love me. Thank you for loving me so much that you would send Yeshua (Jesus) to die for me. (John 3:16) I believe and receive all your promises. Direct my path for your Glory!

In Yeshua’s (Jesus) name I pray. Amen
