Why should be you against Question F? Because removing a public park (McKeldin Square) and four lanes of traffic should not cost taxpayers $400M dollars. Because an additional 25-story office tower is not needed when downtown vacancy rates are already at 25% and climbing due to covid business closures. Because you don't use public park space for private luxury condo residents to have parking. Because a back-door deal with a no-bid process to give away the most lucrative land is bad governance.
