Matthew 23:13
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Galatians 3:23
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Even Paul's words in Galatians 3:23 manifests what Jesus Christ said to be the truth in Matthew 23:13. And both verses have the same number in them the number 3 13 and 23.
