I just downloaded the brief article, “Let Boys be Boys” from Trail Life! An excellent and compelling path to restore the future of young boys in defiance to the forces of political correctness.
I have contacted them about volunteering to help form a troop, locally. My son is an Eagle Scout. I was a Life Scout, back in the 60s. While my son was in Scouting, I served as a Cub Committee Chairman, an Assistant and Scoutmaster as well as a merit badge counselor. Sadly, the BSA has sold out to the forces of deviancy and depravity. Now, I hear that Philmont, that magical goal of every boy and leader, will be put up as collateral as the BSA deals with lawsuits.
Enough of my ranting. Happy New Year, everyone. One more year in this decade!
