This is a super simple, tasty, and helpful blend for easing that tension that may be affecting your nervous system, digestive system, and cardiovascular system. The antioxidants in this blend will also help your body deal with the additional internal toxins that get produced during stressful times.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 part lemon balm
  • 1/2 part hibiscus
  • 1 part linden
  • 1 part hawthorn leaf and flower

Directions:

  1. Combine herbs and store in an air-tight container
  2. Use 1 T tea blend per 1-1/2 c water
  3. Allow to sit in sun for 2-3 hours; strain and drink!
