It seems as though mini short wedding dresses and tea-length designs take over, and, honestly, it isn't too surprising. Shorter hemlines are much better for dancing the nighttime away, and instantly seem more chill, making bathroom trips a lesser process. Even if brides don't walk on the aisle inside a short dress, at the minimum they can still become one for that reception or put it on to another wedding-related event, like a bridal shower or rehearsal dinner.
