D3. at the time it was D2R Items released 10 years ago, did not include an ending. Once you had completed the story, you were done there. There wasn't a reason to play on and get more powerful and go into new areas. D4. we've actually put a lot of work into having an end game at launch.

Shely: I think what you've written is important. We're aware of how fun it can be building your character, and discover all these powerful builds. We believe that it's really important to have content to test yourself against. Therefore, we've worked hard to broaden the range of activities. As Rod stated, the game's end is when you've completed the campaign you may be at the level of 45 or even higher.

Your character's levels increase to one hundred Paragon points. You also have access to whispers, and you gain access to Nightmare dungeons, other endgame activities we're working on. We'd like you to be able to choose from a variety of activities to choose from. Also, you've been granted world-class tiers which are helping you advance the keep.

Be sure that your challenge can keep up with the power of your character's level. In order to unlock them more difficult levels, you must demonstrate that you can complete the dungeons to unlock that more difficult content. This is the idea of creating a build, that is powerful, trying it out against a difficult task

Fergusson: So a Paragon system when you play D3 you'll find that Paragon system was just basically sliders. It also had a few of different characteristics of your character. In D4. Paragon is a real board. Consider it a checkerboard. It's far more detailed than that, however for simplicity's sake, consider that you are playing a checkerboard and must navigate the board by cheap D2R Ladder Items unlocking squares when you move across the board.
