Seven Bitcoin Cash

A hard forked version of the original Bitcoin is called Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Regarding its protocol, it is comparable to bitcoin in that it uses Proof of Work SHA-256 hashing, has a 21,000,000 supply, and has the same block timings and reward scheme. The blocksize restrictions, however, are where there are two major discrepancies. As of August 2017, Bitcoin has a 1MB blocksize limit, while BCH proposes 8MB blocks. Additionally, BCH will change the difficulty every six blocks rather than every 2016 as it does with Bitcoin.
