There are four types of Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4 Season 1, and players can acquire Caged Hearts by chasing down powerful demons. These items can be socketed into jewelry to obtain powerful buffs and be crucial to some characters’ builds. The Caged Heart of the Barber is a Black Wrathful Malignant Heart that can be used by every type of character and grants Super Power bonuses. If you don't know how to farm the Caged Heart of the Barber in Diablo 4, you can follow this guide to get one.
How to get the Caged Heart of The Barber
As with all other Malignant Hearts in the game, the Caged Heart of the Barber randomly drops after defeating any Wrathful Malignant Enemies. It should be noted that although Malignant monsters can be found in World Tier 1 and World Tier 2, the barber will only drop in World Tier 3 and above.
At the end of the Malignant Tunnel, you'll come across Overgrowth, use Invoker to activate it and it will summon powerful Malignant Elites. Defeating these elites will drop Hearts of the same color as the Invoker and D4 Gold.
How to craft The Caged Heart of The Barber
In the game, you can also collect all kinds of Malignant Ichors and craft corresponding Malignant Hearts. You can get Ichors by salvaging unwanted Malignant Hearts and killing monsters. Salvaging these items will give the player different colored Ichors. If your level is low, you can choose to kill Malignant monsters in World Tier 1 or choose to Buy Diablo 4 Items to upgrade your builds.
When you get enough Ichors, you have a chance to use them and Gold to craft the Barber at Cormond's Wagon.
Once you have the Barber, it can be equipped on items with any type of Infested socket. It causes your target to absorb all damage taken after a critical strike for 2.0-4.0 seconds.
