We have strict quality control for 5083 aluminium sheet plate. The chemical composition must be in line with national standards and relevant technical standards. The composition shall be uniform, and the sample for chemical composition analysis shall be representative. Each melting time shall be sampled and analyzed from the launder or finished product. The cast and rolled 5083 plate surface shall be flat, clean, in good shape, and free of cracks, tropics, slag inclusions, air passages, holes, surface segregation, stripes and other defects affecting application. The end face of the round cast 5083 rolling alloy plate shall be flat and clean, and no edge defects affecting the use are allowed. The cast aluminium plate 5083 must be of low power structure that is small, dense and uniform, in line with relevant technical standards. Each roll shall be cut and put through low power inspection, no slag inclusion, holes, stratification or coarse grains should be allowed in the plate structure. Convexity in dimensional tolerance of 5083 aluminium alloy cast plate shall be controlled within 1% of the plate thickness, and the width deviation of Cast-rolled plates shall be within 15-20 mm. Each roll shall be tested for plate difference, convexity, width and other shapes and sizes. When replacing the roll and alloy specifications, inspection staff should also have the plate shape of one week tested.
