There are many venues and clubs advertising using their World (server) city-state (Limsa Ul'dah, Gridania, Kugane) ward and plot numbers so that you can find them. A lot of them have music and allow you to meet people. A lot of them are professional and have staff members who can talk to you.

I've never played RP, or at all, or at least I don't think that i've done it, perhaps getting the some character by being in a bar/club through ordering drinks and gambling with the bartender . but u can just go into a bar and not talk to anyone and just relax ! Im doing it tonight as well, imma hop servers and look around to discover if there is an event or something interesting

Final has a higher level of social interaction than other MMO that I have ever played. The majority of games have a social function focused around the guilds and buy WOW TBC Classic Gold chat rooms, but Final is a masterful game playing with characters who interact with one another.
