Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Jeremiah 10:7 Who should not revere You, O King of the nations? This is Your due. Among all the wise men of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is no one like You.

James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Psalm 59:16 But I will sing of Thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of Thy mercy in the morning: for Thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Deuteronomy 31:8 The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

May you not reject the word of the Lord or handle it falsely, claiming wisdom but looking for gain while ignoring the needs of those around you, lest the Lord put you to shame, causing you to be dismayed and trapped. Jeremiah 8

May you desire and embrace the word of the Lord, handling it with reverence and honor, willing to pay the personal price required to seek His truth and gain His wisdom, gladly sharing it freely to meet the needs of those you encounter, for the Lord will make you fruitful and extend His blessings to all you do and over all He gives you. Jeremiah 8

May you be valiant for the truth, that you may triumph in the land as you acknowledge the Lord, as you make ready your tongue to speak the word of God, joining together with the brethren, having the same spirit and the same mind, desirous to do what the Father is seen doing, and say what the Father is heard saying, that you may be strengthened in all that you face. Jeremiah 9

May you walk through the refining and testing of the Lord with grateful acceptance, allowing the trials to have their perfect work, bringing to light the attitudes and responses of the heart and mind that we hide from ourselves, and giving God permission to remove them, change them, replace the carnal human nature with His divine nature, bit by bit, so that you will be fitly equipped for His work on earth and suitably prepared for eternity with Him. Jeremiah 9

May you boast of your knowledge and understanding of the Lord, Who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, and delights in those who do, too, but let your pride and self-satisfaction not rest in your own wisdom, which will fail in a crisis, or your own strength, which will fall short of the need, or your riches, which will never be sufficient to ransom your soul. Jeremiah 9

To your heart, My child, I turn My attention. To your soul, My cherished one, I bring My focus. As the process of education shapes the pattern of your thinking, so the discipline of My Spirit patterns the shape of your being.
My work in your life is total, My dear one. You were created in My image, formed to take delight in My presence, and fashioned to enjoy the good things I have placed in the material world.
My redemption includes all of creation, but it is not yet in evidence to be seen. Just as happens when something is broken, the parts which were not affected still possess their beauty and functionality even though they cannot be used as intended until the injured part is repaired.
Submit to My training, My eager one, and allow My Spirit to lead you into the truth of My Word. Learn of Me, receive from Me, come unto Me.
Do not be distracted by the bits and the parts, My thrilled one. Let the eyes of your spirit settle on Me, for what bride would allow the gifts and the clothing and the noise of celebration to distract her from the single focus of her heart – the groom.

May you set your heart on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, and set your mind on Him, not on earthly things, putting to death those things that belong to your earthly nature which, if followed, bring the wrath of God upon those who practice them. Colossians 3

May you clothe yourself, as holy and dearly beloved in God's sight, with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience, bearing with each other and forgiving grievances with each other, even as the Lord has forgiven you, and over all these virtues, put on love, which binds them all together in the perfect unity of Christ's body. Colossians 3

May you let the peace of Christ rule in your heart and be thankful, letting the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your heart to God, and do all, in word and deed, in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3

May you seek God, turning to Him eagerly, lest He afflicts you with futility and brings terror to your heart, remembering in humility that God is your Rock, and recalling with thanksgiving that God Most High is your Redeemer, not flattering Him with your mouth, but bringing your heart to Him in loyalty and remaining faithful to His covenant. Psalm 78

May you remember the power of the Holy One and how He redeemed you from the oppressor, displaying His miraculous signs and wonders in your life, as the things you used to value and put your trust in were shown to have no strength and be of no help when you needed somewhere to turn, but the Lord prepared a path, brought a band of ministering angels, and led you out like a sheep through the desert, guiding you safely, giving you peace, to a restful place where you can know His comfort and strength. Psalm 78

May you look to your responsibilities before you seek after your comforts, preferring necessities before conveniences, trusting God to care for you while you care for others. Proverbs 24:27
