New Proposed Apartment in TC
A new 3-story 17,000 sf apartment is being proposed in Town Center on a vacant property on the east side of Winfield Road immediately south of Creekside Park. The village board will have a concept review to get general feedback at the November 21st board meeting.
The area is currently zoned for low-density residential, so if the project moves forward the property would have to be rezoned to allow high-density residential. Part of the property is also in the floodplain, so this issue would have to be reviewed by DuPage County Stormwater.
