Meloda and I went hiking at Jennings State Forest. It was a chilly 36 degrees but warmed up as the day progressed. It was a good hike with plenty of elevation changes and we met some very nice fellow hikers along the way.

went on first hike since epidural in my neck. some muscle pain but not nearly as bad as it was. hike was on dirt roads so not very interesting, good exercise for getting back in the groove
