Ground Vibration Attack on the Raleigh Durham Triangle (NC) Durham Water Supply. The water supply for the Durham Raleigh Durham Triangle area in North Carolina may be under attack due to low frequency ground vibrations emanating from the East which may damage the Triangle Wastewater Plant that serves the entire area. They started around December of 2020 and have already damaged a roof at the Falls Pointe at the Park Apartment Complex and are confirmed to be reaching the plant. City, County and Federal Government officials are ignoring the complaint. 12 Apartment complexes have been notified. See attached link for complaint.
