Here is the recipe for my best chaffle so far. Works great for a bun or bread. 1 large egg; 2T blanched almond flour (finer texture); 1/4t baking powder; dash salt; 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Makes two nice chaffles. Butter the Dash so they won't stick.
