I live in Douglas County here in Colorado. So glad I live in a conservative county. Polis is a douchebag. I will finally be able to reopen my Rehearsal Studio.
Tri-County Health held an Emergency Board Meeting at 12:30pm today. At that meeting, the orders to stay at home were extended for Adams and Arapahoe counties.
Douglas county was carved out of that order because our social distancing numbers showed compliance and our number of cases are down. Our hospitals also have capacity for patients, if needed.
The Commissioners have submitted a Re-Opening Plan to Dr. Douglas of Tri-County Health that much mirrored the Governor's Safer at Home Orders.
As soon as we have better direction, it will be posted. But the good news is that the Commissioners have worked closely with Dr. Douglas while reviewing our numbers and we have NOT had Stay at Home Orders for Douglas County extended.
The Governor's current Orders expire on Sunday, April 26, which means we will be working to get plans out as soon as they are available.
