I watched an episode of Restaurants on the Edge where they go to Austria. They mention schnitzel. I am checking it out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schnitzel I had schnitzel at a restaurant awhile ago. I didn't know there was more than one kind. On the show they mention 9 varieties of schnitzel.
