Hey Dave... I managed to find a replacement "dog bowl" for the Mighty Kawalski" its all back together again.. So to speak. I started having issues the last couple of days on the ride back home. It was getting harder and harder to shift into neutral. I had picked up the rebuild kits for the master and slave for the clutch hydraulics, with the intent to rebuild them before I left for Custer.. What is they say about best laied plans? Anyway, I rebuilt the clutch hydraulic system, but didn't solve my issue with not disengaging the clutch fully. I've made arrangements to take the bike over to a friends house (he has a flat bed lift) and I'm currently amassing the parts I think, but hope I wont need to tear into. Clutch friction disc set, clutch spring, high pressure hose between the master and slave and a new gasket. Currently, Ive made it rideable by wedging a steel nut between the clutch lever and the working surface of the plunger. I'm suspicious that the clutch has worn down or has flattened out, behond serviceable tolerance. We'll find out when I get it apart.
Cheers, David
