It is difficult to see where the McKlosky family is considered to have assaulted "peaceful protestors" when that mob had just used violent and willful action in breaking down a locked gate separating private property from public property. This horde of agitators then threatened a family peacefully dining on their porch.
The DA should be censured and the arms returned to thier owners. Finally, the police were derelict in not providing the homeowners with protection.
