Pasta Italiano, my first meal made with my new Farberware pressure cooker. Cook time was only 20 minutes. Would have taken 45 in the traditional manner. However, it took me a long time because I was nervous and kept checking the instruction manual for safety and the recipe booklet and an online recipe. I can't ever just cook from one recipe. First of all I can't make Italian food that includes a seasoning packet. I was married to an Italian and spices have to go in one at a time. A packet is grounds for divorce..Only Italian men don't divorce. They call Sammy the Bull and the wife disappears. Well, I live alone now and don't have to worry about that. LOL With all this reading the instruction manual and two recipes, it' was 9:40 before I was washing dishes. The dinner tasted great. I'll make it again.
