TN Home (back yard, taken purchase day Dec2018)! Here're our thoughts from then (ref. https://goo.gl/zQFnMP / https://bit.ly/MovedToTN):

• "We honestly have felt God calling us here for years. Very formidable for ministry-minded folks as culture is not antagonistic of it (check out voting exit polls for conservative and Biblical values ... it's the most populous area with that I have noticed ... by far). Area is affordable and beautiful (MOUNTAINS) ... important to reduce additional-income dependency. No taxes (on income). No "pers. property" tax on vehicles (though general sales tax somewhat more). No overly-strict-socialistic restrictions (no vehicle inspections; easier to get land & eventually a tiny home for addl. backyard housing behind brick home ... zoned for three residences in all). Did I mention the people are great, or that our golden loves her yard and the Nolichucky River nearby (it's like a beach in a place about 10 miles away, & she swims in it, others raft & fish); cows :-) ... farmer's markets, etc. It's also close to my office (3-5 hours) for when I can't work remotely and is currently the mid-point between the family I have in Michigan and Florida. Also, it's a good place to be if ever any disasters."
