To quote Barack Obama directly "Elections have consequences." Barry Soteros was right, Republicans became the Senate Majority. There used to be a 60 vote supermajority to approve a nomination, but Harry Reid, the Democratic Senate Majority leader before the Republican takeover, changed that with his "simple majority" rule. Democratic pundits told him his party would live to regret it because sooner or later Republicans would take control of the Senate and use HIS rule to do the same thing. As Barry Soteros said, "Elections have consequences." Here we are and here are the "consequences," you arrogant twits.
