HOPE IN THE EVERLASTING GOD

Have you experienced a time when you lost all hope and could not imagine going forward? During your darkest hour, everything appears to be hopeless and unchangeable. Suddenly, deep inside, you see the light. The darkness goes away, and you experience an unimaginable peace!

“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.” (Isaiah 40:28)

That is the moment that God is ministering to your heart. God speaks to our hearts and says, “I love you. You are special. I am all you need. I desire to give you newness of life that is filled with my joy and peace.”

Are you in a dark place right now? If so, Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart and would like for you to invite Him into the situation.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

God loves us and desires for us to be close to Him. Will you allow Jesus to be your Savior and your Source of hope? God promises to be there for you. Whatever issue you are facing, bring it to God. As we delight ourselves in Him, God will give us the desires of our hearts. Be patient as God works things out. Sadness may last for a night, but God’s joy will last a lifetime!

Depending on God is a commitment and the foundation for our lives. Isaiah provided us the reason why we must put our hope in God.

Isaiah tells us that God’s understanding is unsearchable. This means that we never can fully grasp all that God has done or planned, no matter how hard we try. Then, and only then, we realize the importance of prayer and studying God’s Word to build a more intimate relationship with Him.

If we grasp these truths, we will understand why God rewards those who wait on Him. God is prepared to give us what we need from His resources.

Everything changes for those whose hope is in God when we do not give up hope and expect God to answer our prayers. When we do not lose hope as we wait, we demonstrate that we trust God and understand His character. When we have placed all our hope in God, that is the moment when God shows up with your miracle and changes your life!
