I came across this in a book I'm reading. It seems fitting to share...
Dear Father in heaven, we bring our petitions before the throne of grace where we may receive mercy and grace on behalf of our nation. Forgive us for the sin of prayerlessness and have mercy on us in accordance to Your steadfast love and abundant mercy. Blot out our sin and create in us a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within us.
Clothed in the armor of God, we take our stand against the anti-Christ spirit that has set itself up as a ruling spirit in the halls of our Supreme Court and in the lower courts. We submit to You, the Lord God Almighty, the Most High, who is the first cause of everything, and we resist the evil one. The resurrection power of our Lord has stripped evil of it's power. In the name of Jesus, we stand here declaring the lordship of Jesus over our Supreme Court and the lower courts. Father, remove any man or woman who rules contrary to Your will, and we ask for justices who will use Your Word as their primary source of direction as they carry out their duties before You. May the faith of those who believe in the Bible never fail, and we pray they will strengthen one another. We release a spirit of salvation to ant Supreme Court justice who is unsaved.
We pray that they all shall remember the Lord our God that you may establish your covenant with our nation. May these men and women rule in the fear of God, and we pray their decisions will be according to Your will and for Your glory. "May they hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the name of Jesus." Amos 5:14
