So what is the general feeling over there about the election? I am from Australia and have been watching Trump get belted from pillar to post over the last four years. Russia investigation, impeachment proceedings and large section of media baying for him to be gone. Not to mention the coronavirus. I agree it should be called the China vIrus, as I suspect it was released from the Wuhan Lab. The wet markets are a smokescreen. I watched the final debate today. I am hoping that the fact that Biden has been there for 47 years, and now magically claim he can fix all ills, will sink him. But I'm not sure. As for the first debate, I reckon that Donald Trump was not feeling that well at the time. He did go in hard, and came down with the virus officially, two days after it. Anyway, from here I see a man with boundless energy, and at 74 he is a machine. Against a man who has been calling lids left right and centre, and who has never given of himself to be scrutinized and asked hard questions. It seems to me that he is being ushered along, with the people behind him, seemingly hoping like hell he can fall over the line. I also see disunity sown from Day 1 of Trump's presidency, by the left. Who were gobsmacked that they lost. They even had a glass ceiling ready to fall, if Hillary won. It was just like here in Australia when Bill Shorten behaved like a man over the line in our election. The polls and betting markets had him as a hot favourite, and he even asked early that he was ready to govern, and if he could see the books. Boy, did he get a mallet to the skull. I am feeling uneasy at the moment because I would like to see Trump win because he deserves a fair go. I just cannot see a Biden win. All my logic and reason to this point in my life just cannot see it. Am I wrong? Any comments would be most welcome as I am interested in what Americans are feeling at this moment in time.
